Insulated bulkheads are part of a successful operation of any "multi temp" trailer set up. Proper fit, durability and ease of use all combine to determine whether your system works or not. ITW Insulated Products offers the most complete line of bulkheads including one piece, off center bi-fold, rigid and track mount.

All configurations offer: 18 oz. vinyl exterior laminated to the core to help maintain HACCP standards with:
- Flexible core design provides memory and eliminates sagging
- Waterproof core protection
- Easy to wash for improved sanitation
- Easy to repair

All configurations offer the following available options for increased performance and durability:
- 2 Layers of 18 oz. perimeter vinyl to outperform the competition
- 50 Mil UHMW Bottom Scuff Plate with a 5 year warranty against wear
- Molded, ergonomic handles
- 4' Abrasion Plate for added Protection
- Two-Way Hinge for added strength and entry from either compartment
- Series "E" or "F" logistic Straps
- Fan Kit, Vent Kit or Cold Draw for Multitemp applications


- Off center hinged Skinny Bun: Shown equipped with an optional Super Cool II Fan Kit for economical duel temp operations.

 

- Bi-fold Option offers excellent portability & durability.

 

- 2 Piece Bulkhead on Roller Track offers flexibility during loading and unloading. ITW's lightweight, flexible core allows easy access to roadside or curbside while other panel maintains temperature. Each panel lifts and stores easily
against trailer ceiling.

 

- One Piece Skinny Bun on Roller Track provides ease of passage and the bulkhead will never leave the trailer. Offered with all the same features and options of the SB2 Skinny Bun Bi-Fold model.

 

- One piece track mounted unit provides ease of passage and roof storage capability.
