ITW Insulated Products Division has been in operation since the late 1970's. Continuous research and development ensures our customers that as their needs change, so will our refrigerated transportation solutions.
The ITW Insulated Products allow you to separate temperature sensitive items creating a multi temp solution for your frozen, refrigerated and dry products. Insulated Bulkheads allow separation when hauling a short load so you can maintain the temperature in the area of the product only and not cool the complete length of the trailer saving fuel.
The ITW Insulated Products Return Air Bulkheads protects the front wall and the refrigeration unit from damage while promoting positive air circulation back into the evaporator of the Refrigeration Unit. The positive air flow allows the refrigeration unit to sense the true temperature of the trailer cooling system and maintains your load temperature exactly as needed.
The ITW Insulated Air Chutes and Adapters improve air flow by distributing the air from the refrigeration unit throughout the length of the trailer instead of distributing the cold air directly in front of the refrigeration unit and being blocked by product.
ITW Insulated Products Curtains help to prevent cold air loss when the doors are open. The curtains block the opening of the doors assisting in the maintaining of the temperature and therefore saving fuel!
ITW Insulated Products Pallet Covers and Blankets are designed to protect temperature sensitive food items during transit.
